The data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) is Omega-Pro Proje Araştırma Geliştirme Limited Şirketi. “Omega Depot”, “Omega”, “we” and “the company” refer to that controller.

Data categories

Identity and contact data: name, business email, telephone and role/title.

Organisation and enquiry data: company, product description and type, GTİP or device/product identifier, origin, target date, temperature range, estimated volume and enquiry text.

Security and usage data: timestamps, shortened or configuration-dependent anonymised IP, browser information, security logs, cookie choice and analytics data only where consented.

Communication choices: privacy-notice acknowledgement, separate marketing preference and email-verification status.

Do not enter patient names, health data, protocol secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal data into website forms.

Collection and purposes

Data may be collected electronically or in writing through website forms, the Regulatory Route Assistant, email and direct communications.

We process it to answer enquiries, produce and deliver preliminary operational assessments, verify email addresses, manage pre-contract and quotation discussions, secure the service, prevent abuse, measure service quality and meet legal obligations.

Marketing communication is based on a separate optional choice. Requesting a report does not constitute marketing consent.

Legal grounds

Depending on the activity, processing may rely on steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract; legitimate interests that do not override your fundamental rights; compliance with legal obligations; or explicit consent for marketing and non-essential cookies.

Providing notice and obtaining explicit consent are separate processes. Refusing or withdrawing consent, or rejecting analytics cookies, does not prevent essential website use or delivery of a requested assessment.

Recipients and providers

Data may be shared, strictly for the stated purposes, with authorised staff; hosting, security, email-delivery, analytics and technical-support providers; contracted advisers; and legally authorised public bodies.

Depending on configuration, the site may use Cloudflare for security and content delivery, Brevo for email delivery, and Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica for analytics. Analytics providers load only after cookie consent.

Where a service involves an international transfer, we assess the applicable safeguard or derogation under Article 9 of KVKK. This notice is updated when material provider or data-flow changes occur.

Retention and security

We retain data for the period required by applicable law or the processing purpose. When both purpose and legal basis end, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Contract, dispute and audit records may remain subject to statutory limitation and retention periods.

Risk-appropriate technical and organisational measures include access control, logging, secure communications, backups, supplier controls and incident management. No internet transmission method can provide an absolute security guarantee.

Your rights

Article 11 of KVKK gives you rights to learn whether data is processed; request information; learn purpose and appropriate use; know recipients; request correction and, where conditions apply, deletion or destruction; ask that these actions be notified to recipients; object to a result arising solely from automated analysis that is adverse to you; and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
